Lighthouse Data Collection has a very experienced Residential and Business-to-Business interviewing team conducting approximately 40,000 telephone interviews in each calendar year.

We are proud of our low turnover of interviewers – many of whom have been with us from our company’s formation. In-fact, we would argue that our large core team are some of the most experienced and professional interviewers in the industry. Our team are mature career interviewers who take the utmost pride in their work. At present we have approximately 60 casual interviewers from a business and residential perspective.

We have conducted many business interviews with various levels of management from Small Business Owners to CEOs of major corporates.

We have completed Market Research in many industries including automotive, health, tourism, telecommunication, local & federal government, construction, banking & finance, media and insurance.
